About us
Little Japan was born at the intersection of passion, experience, and a calling.
Founder Mayu from Japan has spent years building bridges between cultures — mainly in Denmark —
as a Japanese interpreter, language teacher, speaker, and event organiser, always focusing on the
quality of experience she offers.
Over time, she began to sense a shared challenge among HR managers and team leaders:
team building had become a “check-the-box” activity — familiar, repetitive, and lacking inspiration .
The demand for fresh, genuine, and engaging team experiences was quietly rising.
And that’s how Little Japan began.
To offer not just something fun or different, but something beautifully rooted and quietly powerful.
